Conditional Email Follow Up (ie., Close Follow Up Activity if Customer Responds)

As an outside sales rep, I'm often tracking emails/progress of actions from my extended team.  It would be very helpful to 

Here's a scenario breakdown: An email comes in and my marketing lead, Mary, owns the response/action.  I need the info Mary is working on for a sales campaign so I want to make sure it gets done.  

As a next step, I'd like to be able to set a linked action item that says "Follow Up with Mary to Confirm XYZ" if she does not reply in 3 days.

  1. If she doesn't' respond in time, I now have an easy reminder.
  2. If she did respond within 3 days, Pipedrive should delete the follow-up activity (or mark complete).
