Can i set up alarms for future tasks that i need to complete?

    Create an activity with a due date. if it's not associated with any deal, org, or person just leave that blank. Have a general activity type available for these. same if it's just a general project you want in front of you. Make it a due date for yesterday and it will stay at the top of your activities list. Fill in the subject as you see fit. If you do not use the listview of Activities I Highly recommend it. Very useful.

    thanks for your response, but will an alarm box pop up telling me i need to complete something?

    Not sure in the way you want. Since I sync with outlook thats where I look for notifications to happe. But alerts can be configured in pipedrive.

    Totally agree, an alarm that pops up (think Outlook) would be SO Much more useful. Can you add these please PD Devs?
