Best way to organize deals

Hello!
I have a product which is bought in steps: 1st step is buying one consultation session, and next step is buying a package of consultations(not all customers continue to a package). 

What is the best way to organize the deal for this product? should i make 2 deals, one for WON buyers who bought 1 consultation, and another deal for those same customers who also purchased a package?

    That's what I would do. Separate deals and I would have a custom deal details field with options of products being bought. Initial consultation, Package 1, package 2. 

    Or if you are using the products feature they could be listed there I suppose. 

    To give you an actual example in our case its very likely we could sell landscape maintenance and snow removal services to the same client for the same property. But we always create seperate deals for each.
