Please increase the allowable size of embedded (?) images

Not sure if embedded is the right term but can you please look into allowing larger screen grabs to be pasted into the body of emails? I'm regularly needing to guide customers though our online storefront and the best way to do that is through screen grabs using the Microsoft Snip Tool. However, when I paste the screen grabs into the body of my email, the image size is limed to 512px by 265px which isn't usable when there is a decent amount of font...it's just too small to read. Outlook allows me to add an image and then resize it to whatever size I need. I know the two platforms are completely different but something like 1024px by 530px (double current max) would suffice. Thanks for the consideration.

@Brad Veltman would it be easier for your customers if you did a screen recording on Loom or similar and sent them the link to watch?

@Felicity Nolen for the walkthroughs yes. But there are other instances of running into this problem like when I need to share specific sales volumes from our internal webpage and don't want to show the entire page or when I'd like to highlight aa specific section of an invoice and would prefer that to be in the body of the email as opposed to an attachment. Make sense?

@Brad Veltman yep. So can you post a snip example of the issue so we can see exactly what you're talking about?

Screen grab unreadable due to max pixel size constraint 0 -

And are you sending this from Pipedrive Mail?
Have you tried sending it from your email desktop client and bcc'ing the deal to see if the image is readable?0 -

This is from the PipeDrive client. I can certainly send it full resolution from Outlook and use the BCC field but then don't I lose the ability to track when the customer has viewed the email and when they are clicking on links? That's the biggest reason why I prefer to use the PipeDrive email client but if that functionality would still work using the BCC method from Outlook, I'd happily use that workaround.

Yes, you'd lose the tracking. Sorry, I don't use Microsoft so I'm not really familiar with the snipping tool. I'm sure someone on here will be able to help you.

No worries. I appreciate the suggestions and we'll see if anyone else has any ideas or PipeDrive incorporates this functionality into an upcoming update.

I think the possibility of having bigger images is very important. We can think about workarounds as mentioned but here for example, we deal with engineering projects where we need to send and receive images that sometimes are more than a simple nice looking complement in an email. And thinking that sometimes you have to go out from Pipedrive just because of the size of an embedded image is kind of illogical. Pipedrive is an integrated tool and the point of it is to centralize the all activities into Pipedrive, not jumping in and out because of this or that. Do you get my point ? This is something that have been discussed in others conversations of the forum. And I personally still hope that we will have a major improvement in the email platform giving us, exactly like here for example the full capabilities of HTML formatting (the basic feature of inserting a table, just to mention one thing...)
