    Thanks for the write-up @Amit Sarda especially the Conclusion! :)  

    We too strongly believe that follow-up activities are fundamental to ensuring that deals don't fall through the cracks. This customization in the activity setting is only meant for teams who are already using automations for the same purpose. 

    Looking forward to hearing feedback on your article too.
