Track Opens by email address (Smart Open Tracking?)

When I reply to a lead email, I might CC our sales team.  Sometimes they open the email and I'm sent a notification that someone opened the email but I don't know who.

I don't really care to know whether or not they opened the email but would like to just know if the lead opened.  Maybe we could only track the people in the to: field and not the cc:?

Or maybe exclude addresses that are in your same domain?

when you send an email to multiple people, there's no way for the system to know which one performs the action, regardless if they were to, cc, or bcc

Thanks for getting back to me.  After thinking through it some more, it makes sense that it wouldn't be possible since each person receives the same email regardless of being in the to or cc, or bcc.
