Email FROM name

I have an email template that I want to trigger when a deal is won.  Everything works beautifully.  Figured out that I can just manually add some static "to" emails in the template in addition to the Deal's Contact person. However, I'd like to know how Pipedrive determines the "FROM" address.  It appears that it uses the template creator's account always as who the email is from.  Is this correct?

Any way to change it?

    Hi, 

    It uses the "sync email" account you have defined for the user doing the trigger (might be a different email then the one used for login in Pipedrive)
