Pricing sheet with Products and SalesDocs
Hi altogether,
I am currently struggling with the following "vision".
I want to automate the proposal creation process on our side. The proposal document is pretty straight forward as I can use the SalesDocs functionality and adept it to my needs.
My main problem now is that we are internally having a price sheet which I also want to cover with a combination of SalesDocs and "Word templates" as well as the use of products. My goal would be that I defined products which relate to the services of our software company:
- Scoping
- Analysis & Design
- Customisation
- Integration
- Migration
- Service Management
- Project Management
- etc.
They all have a daily rate and a quantity (person days).
What I would like to take over into SalesDocs is a dynamic table . I know that there is a predefined set, but this doesn't really fit my needs as I would like to set up a view like this (see screenshot).
The additional information is something which I need to maintain for each proposal as this is customer- / project- / proposal-specific.
Ideally everything would be automatically generated through this view:

Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions for you but I can see that our team has seen your post and taken note about it. Hopefully we can solve this easier for you in Pipedrive in the future.
