The General Availability link

The General Availability link can only be used in case someone new could book a time with you. But we want to have an option to link to an existing contact on Pipedrive without the mandatory fields name and e-mail.

    Thanks for sharing here. I'd love to pass it on but how would you like to link the booked activity to the right contact person if not for the name and email address?

    Hi Mike, we want to e-mail existing contact persons via email with general availability to propose a time, so that the existing contact person can schedule an appointment.

    Okay and you want to avoid extra work from them by having to fill in their details?

    Yes wants to avoid extra work for them and we already have their details.
