Import Data

I'm trying to upload an Excel file, but I'm getting the following message for a skip reason. (Person) Unknown method. Does anyone have any ideas on what would cause this error?

    Unfortunately it is very hard to say what is the reason for the error without looking at the mapping of the import file, and, perhaps the Excel itself.
