Getting access with our account to a 'new' or 'existing' customer account?

When can we get access to our account to a customer account. When we are setting up the account of a new Pipedrive user or need to adjust/manage their accounts we always need to have a login. 

We would like to:

  • setup an account for a new customer
  • gain access when we need to make changes 
  • implement workflow & automations from other accounts (duplicate/import)

Is this feature available soon?

    Hi @Dominique Hoogsteder 

    This is when you are their consultant / Pipedrive partner right? This is currently not in the plans and a seat is need to have access. Passing on the suggestion though ;)
