Sharing automations

Hi, guys.

I'm having problem with my workflows around here.

I've set an automation as an admin user and left it open for any user to trigger it but somehow other admin user is not managing to benefit from the same automation. In my account it works perfectly. In hers it seems like it doesn't even exist. I've tried to copy the workflow directly in her account but it didn't work as well.

Does somebody know what could be happening?

Thanks!

Can't say for sure without looking at the automation.

It should work the same, regardless of whose account its in. Try reaching out to support see if they can help.

@Boris Tsibelman +1 to what Boris and Amit were saying. You can share your automation set up here so we can help or reach out to support but it should work that others can trigger your automation.
