Auto First Name in email response

Could the emails be set in a way that all emails start with the 'First Name' of the person you a writing to, like it is set up in a template.  So as I reply or write a new email, the first line automatically says:

Hi [First Name],

Just a timesaving feature I believe is possibleif the default email is set up like the template emails.
