Why is it that mail in pipedrive cannot have the same organizational reading structure as say outlook or gmail? Also, why doesn't pipedrive have a deleted messages folder to match outlook? The way mail is structured makes it difficult to get user acceptance of pipedrive.

    Pipedrive only does threaded/conversational message structure. It's not realistic to use pipedrive for mail and not use Outlook. It's a huge issue that mail isn't easier to use.
