Hello. My name is Renae' Mussachio. I am a Conscious Creator Coach and what bring me here is my computer guru as I like to call him.  : ) He recommended this platform in lieu of Active Campaign and I am trying it out to see if I will love it as much as he says I will. 

Here are my:
Challenges: Difficulty knowing how to best use this type platform for my business and definitely don't know the lingo. 
Concerns:  Can I tag or label, or what is it called when I need to have people labeled differently based on how they came to my list so I can grab a particular group and send them a letter. 
Example:  I need a list of people that are ....
       a part of my Free Energy Clearing via Meditation Group;
       are in my Being the Conscious Creator of Your Life Group Classes;
       have taken my 2 prior courses;
       that are taking the Certified Reiki Master Teacher Course

Anyway, here I am hoping this all works out. Wishing everyone an awesome day and life filled with health, happiness and abundance for your every want, desire and need.

    Pipedrive has been a journey of continual improvement and refinement in our case. It's a great CRM and pipeline management tool. 

    You can create custom detail fields for people, organizations, and deals. 

    First you need to decide which of those best suits the use case for the field. 

    Next you need to decide which type of field would work best.

    In your use case described above I'm guessing a custom person details field. That is a multiple option field. Multiple option is most like tagging.
