Pipedrive - you are not geared up to help large companies.
I am getting more and more frustrated with Pipedrive as our company continues to grow and grow. Your software is simply not design for scalability, which ironically is the purpose of a CRM! From limited pricing packages (which have been mentioned a dozen times in this community), to unshareable data dashboards which show individual data patterns within dates, as well as the inability to have a rotting data dashboard, it simply shows that you are reporting is seriously limited. I don't understand why I keep getting UX updates when reporting is lacking. All i want to see is whether my users are performing or not! Reporting in your CRM is sup-par and we are forced to write hundreds of formulas in excel, questioning why we upgraded to professional in the first place. I am also tired of hearing that it is coming soon! Can you at least share a product road map, so we know when soon is? When you are spending 100+ professional licences (around £50000) it makes us question whether they're are better solutions out there.

You are completely right and it's indeed a huge gap that at the moment that you cannot internally share your performance overview with other team members. The internal sharing feature is however already in progress and we plan to release it to all users hopefully in the beginning of March. Here is a sneak peek into the prototype:0

Hi Seda, it's still limited. I want other users, particular directors to be able to have the functionality that I do. Just carbon copy the lot across to another user! They are not going to want 50 individual reports links! This is so illogical.0

Internal sharing will allow other users to access the same functionality.
let's say Peter shares the dashboard with Jack. Jack will now see the same dashboard (and reports that dashboard has) in his own Insights view. Jack will be able to filter shared reports, open each report individually, access source data and so on. The only difference is that Jack will not be able to over save the changes, only save as new.0

I understand your frustration and want to thank you for your patience. We aren't very keen on giving out ETAs as things in software development can sometimes go significantly quicker or slower than expected due to depending on many moving parts.
