option_id for multiple option custom field

hi!

i have a customized field with multiple options. the field is updated automatically with an Integromat automation based on an external mailing system(landing page). I want to make sure the automation does not erase past data in this field, and instead- updates it. I need the option_id of the various options in the field for this, also- how do I get the option_id for future options? since I will be adding more options all the time. thanks!

    I have the same sort of issue, as I have a field linked to marketing actions.

    When I send a mailing to a list of contact (which I get from pipedrive), I'd like to add a choice (which I created) to all those contact in my customized field, although I can't do that.

    I can either, replace the value with new value, or erase the value, but cannot add one value.

     

    So I guess for you this will be the same, old data will be erased and only the new value will be added.
