Forecasting for specific pipelines

It would be super useful to be able to see the forecast view for specific pipelines or to be able to apply filters which include pipelines.

Currently, the options in the Forecast view are limited to "All pipelines" or "A pipeline". As we use multiple pipelines to track our progress and funnels for  the cases of

1) the same kinds of funnels, but in different pipelines

and 2) different kinds of funnels, in different pipelines.

Having all pipelines and all deals in the forecast creates a confusing representation right now.

Other than this, it's a really nice feature!

  • Your best alternative is to create a filter in the Deals list view for now for each sale that has been forecast for each pipeline.

@Mikk Märtmaa is this what you mean in this image? You can actually apply filters in the forecast view for deals here:

    Hi Mike,

It's not possible to add filters for Pipelines to the forecast view.

As it already has the other filter of "All pipelines" or "One pipeline" always active, any pipeline related filters you apply will not work.

Using the list view to filter forecasts wouldn't also fill the same function of the forecast view because you'd have to create some extremely specific time based filters and you'd miss out on everything that is not included in your specified period.

@Mikk Märtmaa you can set the "all pipelines" filter and then on the second filter add more detailed criteria like here: http://sharing.pipedrive.com/G7LyAw

    For me this is working.

    Hey Mike,

It was suggested that I turn to this community with this issue because it was not possible :)

Anyway, is it possible to also apply the filters to this widget at the bottom left of the screen?

    image
It shows results from all pipelines.

Unfortunately we can't filter this widget. I'll share your feedback though, thanks for sharing Mikk!

I agree. The second alternative is to take a data dump of the deals in a CSV/Excel and configure a Google Sheets/Excel to show the forecast visually in Google Sheets/Excel/Tableau.

I have done this for clients and it works wonderfully well.
