WORK DAYS SETTINGS
I cannot find a way to do a company setting for what we consider working days. This means, I assume, that all reporting operates on all days and not a subset like 5 days. Can I get confirmation on this and/or request a change for it as a product feature.

@Simon O'Day that is correct, all reporting runs on all calendar days.
Right now there are no concrete short term plans to make the improvements you suggest. That being said, we appreciate your input and use it to give our teams thinking points to be considered in the future. This is where we make all product update announcements, make sure to follow them:

In the meantime, I suggest you take a look at the Analytics integrations available in our marketplace, as they allow you to extract data from Pipedrive and create other types of reports.0
