Free or Reduced Cost “Light” Users

HubSpot might be more expensive for base licenses but it has a concept of free “light” users, which is super helpful.

We need to add project managers and account managers to Pipedrive and it’s quickly becoming more expensive than HubSpot. These “light” users simply need to be able to view records—they are not active salespeople.
