    Not sure what exactly would be the trigger, simply that an email has been received!? If that is recorded on Pipedrive as a field value 0 > 1 and then synced to Mailigen custom field then probably yes, but it might be very untargeted.

    Yes, an email received could work to trigger a new activity. 
     

    I've tried to automate this using Zapier, but didn't work. 
    I'm gonna try Mailigen.
