Not sure what exactly would be the trigger, simply that an email has been received!? If that is recorded on Pipedrive as a field value 0 > 1 and then synced to Mailigen custom field then probably yes, but it might be very untargeted.
Perhaps food for thought for you Janis and Nuno for automation.
Yes, an email received could work to trigger a new activity.
I've tried to automate this using Zapier, but didn't work. I'm gonna try Mailigen.
