The first thing Pipedrive support asks is to clear cache & cookies. The number of times this has solved my problem out of  probably 9-14 times is 0.

This creates additional frustration dealing with my other 2 factor passwords for other services, etc. 

I can deal with it. However I imagine if this was happening to other less savvy users in our organization they would be cursing your name (and mine) since there is already resistance to the change of using something new like pipedrive. 

If you are finding that clearing cache & cookies rarely solves anything and only creates additional frustration for the user you may want to consider a different strategy. 

But if its working  to solve problems in other cases way more often than its helped me well then thats, that I guess.
