WHO NEEDS THIS TOO : Customize the phone labels in pipedrive

We, are in B2B, doing business with SMB and we need multiple phones - for each contacts - direct line, mobile, Secretary , Operator....The best option would be to be able to customize the phone labels (and not only work, home, other, mobile).  Who would like to be able to cusomize the phone labels ? just like we can for activity types. Thanks

    At the moment, you are right @Laurent Melki - there is no way to add custom phone number types - neither via API nor manually.

    I have passed over the development suggestion from you to the product manager since I can understand how this could be useful for you.

    For now - I can suggest creating a custom field of Person type, call it "phone type" (Single option field) and use it to mark down per person (if you intend to have same person have several numbers in Pipedrive - you will be better off creating "phone" type field per phone type : https://sharing.pipedrive.com/DJuBaN)
