Email tracking - opt-out functionality

Hello Pipedrive Community,

We are looking to use email tracking, but considering GDPR /PECR,  I wanted to know if there is an opt-out functionality in Pipedrive so if a person opts-out, the tracking functionality would be switched off for them automatically?

If not, how are others informing recipients that tracking is being used and how they can opt-out?

Or do we need there to be an opt-out for this?

Any advice welcome, thanks

    Hi @Clare Burke you should't able to set automatically the tracking feature for a specific person, but you can chose if you want by clicking in the blue eye bottom and unselect the tracking feature before sending the email
