Editing User Profiles

Hello! I think that Admin Users need to be able to edit the profiles of other Pipedrive Users in their environment. I would like to upload a photo for each of our Users, and would like to fix some names and emails in accounts, and unless I have that person make the change, this cannot happen! As an Admin, it makes sense to me that I should be able to do this! Is this on the development roadmap? If not, I think that it should be! Thanks!

    what is the methodology behind disallowing the owner of an account from making this change Pipedrive peeps?

    Agreed! This is quite strange that an Admin can't do this.

    Hi everyone, an Admin user can alter other users’ permissions but not change other users’ personal profile information.

    This is because of how Pipedrive is built; it allows any user to belong to more than one Pipedrive company account. You can take a look at this article to learn more.
