Disable activity time logging

Given the new trend of home office and anywhere office working contracts, lots of companies are measuring work by "deliveries" and not "journey" as we did before at the office.  Therefore, managers can't have any kind of journey control of their employees to avoid labor lawsuits.

Given this new working scenario, it is very important that Pipedrive disable the time log when someone registers an activity - at the same time, it is ok to keep the day/year when the activity is registered.
