Automate workflows need to be logged in?

Hello! 

I have programmed an automate workflow, so when new contact is created, a welcome mail is sent. 

The new contact will be created through an Integromat scenario, so contact might be created when no one is looged in into Pipedrive. 

My question is: Will be the "welcome mail" sent even when no one in logged into Pipedrive?
