    With PD you can generate the invoice document, but you wouldn't be able to collect on it.

    @Inês Batata  Thanks for sending this. I have already tried using both app integrations for this Invoicing feature, but it is not customizable enough for us. Also, when we want all of our sales people to be able to create Invoices, but not view our Quickbooks or Xero accounts, we are very limited within these integrations. I'd love to be able to have a Pipedrive Invoice (not an integration) that is customizable and accessible to all our employees without having to integrate an extra app with additional charges for every person.

    @Boris Tsibelman Exactly! We are currently using the Documents feature (which is wonderful) for Invoices, but 1) We're unable to collect on them and 2) the "Deal Total" calculation does not include tax. But otherwise, we really enjoy that feature.
