Email tracking: getting Opened COUNT

Pipedrive allows users to track the emails they send. This lets you know when & how many times a recipient has opened the email you've sent them.

I've noticed that people who open my outreach email 3+ times are extremely likely to pick up the phone if I call them. However, they're  unlikely to reply to my email, so if I don't reach out by phone, there won't be a sale.

I would like Pipedrive to let me view the following table:

1 row for each email I've sent

columns:

1 - email subject line

2 - recipient email

3 - recipient phone

4 - sent on (date)

5 - email opened (yes/no)

6 - email opened COUNT. The table would be ordered by this column. from largest to smallest

7 - reply received (yes/no)

If the Insights tab can't do it, I'd be quite happy with an Excel export.

Thank you and keep up the good work! @Cathia Sebastião @Roadmap Tech

    That would be great.

More parameters for email effectiveness tracking.

Such a report would help a lot. Anything planned in this regard?

    Thought about it.

The way to track f.e. 100 mails at this moment, I would do the following:

    1. Only send out those 100 mails on a specific day. With open tracking and link tracking ON
    2. Go to insights tab, make a e-mail report and filter on that specific day
    3. Now you see your open rates on that specific e-mail

Now you see your OR/CTR but not the response rate. So adding that (and parameters suggested by Vincent) would be awesome.

Thanks Wouter for your suggestion. This is indeed a clever workaround! However :( , I send emails all day every day, and an email sent on Monday may be opened on Thursday, so relying on the Insights tab to monitor same-day open rates means you're missing out on a big part of the picture.

Any chance we can get an Excel export for that anytime soon? Thanks!

@Vincent_27583 did you ever come up with a solution for this?

If there would be a solution to this - I would also be very happy!

I generally find it strange that basically the most important metric is so hard to track, as open/click count is the main focus of my sales teams, especially after seeing so many people asking for the exact same feature.

Please give this some consideration Pipedrive!
