Organization screen improvement

Currently we are unable to see Title shown on list of person belonging to Organization. Also we can not add to more person or delete from the organization on that screen. I have to add by pressing + sign on the top. The plus icon on People list is only for search. Also It would be helpful to have First name and last Name as separate field when entering new person.  The search with last name pulls up both last name and company names with last name.

I think that a good suggestion is the way to show the label of the person close to the name.
