The Insight feature is the area of Pipedrive where we have struggled the most. It is not as robust as I often need it to be. One challenge is that you can not run Insights off of Organizations, only Deals. Beyond that, the fact that Insights cannot export information that is a Deal as a text field is a challenge. This is not noted when designing the fields. I would have made different choices had I been aware.

    Hi Heather don’t Give up. I think that they are working on that. In few Times will arrive important news on that.
