Ability to see deal participants in filters, not just owners

If I look at the profile of someone who was a participant on 10 deals, it will show me that in the left column.

I can only filter based on open, closed, won and lost if the person was the owner of the deal. The person who worked on 10 won't show on this list at all.

Is it possible to have a filter option for participant on open, closed, won and lost deals to capture that group of targets?

    Unfortunately not, my suggest is create a team of sales guys and track in report their goals. Let me know if you need help

    Hello Steven!

    Unfortunately this is not possible to do indeed. Nonetheless please rest assure I will forward your feedback to our Product team so it can be taken in consideration for future updates. 

    A workaround for this is to create a Custom field where you can link the contacts to the Deal, this will allow you to filter on the Deal List view, Person list view, Pipeline, etc.
