Organization and Person data fields to be required only on certain pipeline stages

Hi! Currently it's possible to mark Deal data fields as required for certain pipelines and certain pipeline stages only, which is great. However, the same possibility is missing from Organization and Person data fields. Those can be marked as required but they are required on every single pipeline stage then. What comes to "important fields", this is working fine. But for some reason the "required field" feature does not work the same way. 

Wouldn't it make sense to have the feature working similarly for Organization and Person data fields as well, and not only Deal data fields? Eg. if we have an invoicing contact information as a field under Organization, we would like to have that as a required information only when they become a customer - no need to set that as required on earlier stages. Eg.2 if you have a pipeline stage for a trial period of a software for example, you would want to know the expiration date of customer's trial period during their testing - that data field is needed for the trial period stage only, not anymore when they have signed a full license.

    Hi Kristiina yes you can set as mandatory some field in some specific stage of pipeline.

    Hi, 

    please try selecting one data field as "important" for one pipeline stage, in the middle of the pipeline. That is working fine. 

    Now try to do the same with "required field". You are not able to pick only one stage in the middle of the pipeline, but it will choose all the later stages as well. See my screenshot, where I have selected only the stage of "trial period" to be required. Pipedrive chooses all the later stages to be required too:

    Similar won't happen with "important field". Thanks in advance!

    Ok now i've understand what you mean and unfortunately is not possible.

    My suggest for this reason is to create 2 pipeline, one with mandatory fields for "middle" stage, and then when you move on you create an automation that automatically move the deal in other pipeline.
