Customise quarterly goals according to specific financial year ends

At the moment, we can't use the quarterly goals option for most clients because they have financial year ends that don't start in January.
It would be cool if under the company settings we could specify the financial year-end and have the quarters align to those.

Our fiscal year is starting on first of October and we are using customized period but just for 1 year.
