Send automated emails to more than one person

Hi there, I have finally gotten to the end of automating our emails to find that we can only send them to the primary email holder. I have a mortgage broking firm and often need to send them to a secondary contact. Similarly, in some stages I would like automated emails to go to the conveyancer, accountant, etc.

We need the ability to put multiple contacts and email addresses against a client account so that we can trigger automated emails.

Even if we have to create them as fields that would be fine. But we need to be able to add that field to the automated email workflow.

This really is critical for our business.

    I'm an insurance adviser and I BCC my support team into every automated email to a client, perhaps you could BCC yourself and then you could forward that to the secondary contact manually as an interim workaround? Not ideal but at least then you'll know if it's sitting in the inbox it needs to get sent to someone...

    Thanks Nicci, that seems to be an option.. I probably just need to remove all automation and set a task to send a manual email so that the secondary contact is added then and there.  Not ideal at all and very disappointing.

    Totally understand! I think we've probably got very similar workflows so I absolutely understand what you would like to do! Perhaps Paul Minors (Pipedrive partner based here in NZ ) could help? He's awesome!

    Thanks Nicki, the Pipedrive help desk have been fantastic and I'm not sure why this feature hasn't been added as it seems like something a lot of people would need. We've looked Pipedrive's competitors and they can send to anyone on the client's file including conveyancer, accountant, secondary contact, etc.
