Default Fields

Is it possible to delete the Default field in the Data Fields settings or at best change it to a Custom Field?

Can someone help me here?

    You can't delete them, but you can create custom fields and make them important/required depending on the pipeline and stages.

    Can you derefor transform the Default Field into a Custom Field? Or could we possibli order this service from your Engineers?

    So are you saying for example, we HAVE TO have the "Organization", "Probability", "Value" fields even if they do not apply to our regular workflow? That seems odd. :\
