Reporting
Hello, my team ring out prospective customers and then write any specific notes on the account we have created for the customer on the contacts/organisations page. I'd like to be able to run a report at the end of every day to see all notes that have been added. is this possible? Or is there a better way to do this?

My suggest is to create a smart doc inside the offer or create a daily report with that activities done

we currently set up each customer on the contacts/organisations page so they are all together and easily searchable and then create notes on that page - but unsure whether i can run reports from the contact/organisations page?

Unfortunately not in the notes of organization, but you can search on person note. Try it
