Multiple option custom field with value

We would like to add a numeric value for each of the selected items in a multiple option custom field, is there any way to do this? Usually is a large list with more than 25 items but we would like to associate a value only for example if we select two items in the list.

Unfortunately not. The only way to do this is via api creating a specific feature.
