Cannot open tif

When any of us try to open a tif file, we get an error that says "The requested content cannot be loaded.  Please try again later."  We can download the files, but not open them in PD.  Any assistance is appreciated.

    That error message can be browser-related, permissions or other sources like the file format. 
    To further investigate that, can I suggest getting in contact with our support team, either by chat or email (support@pipedrive.com).
