Link fields in People and Org so they reflect the same at any time

I have created a custom field that is Organization based but is important to have at a Contact's level. Unfortunately, when connecting the Zapier app, I am not able to pass on an "Organization field" to a "Contact" level. If possible to connect the same field as part of 2 different aspects (Organization AND contact), it would help in all these situations.
