View Only Accounts


Hi Pipedrive. I was talking with my Customer Success Manager and she suggested I ask here when the Viewer Only access would be made available in Pipedrive. I have users who have full seats but don't actually interact with customers but they have access to periodically check in on files or reports. I'd much prefer to give them just viewer only access without it needing an entire seat. Thank you for letting me know when this feature will be made available as it was spoken about in an earlier Product session in early 2021.

Hi,
I need to provide READ ONLY access to my users but there is not way to do it. If you assig a license the user can add, or modify data anyway.
I'm trying with dashboard but there is only one option, public link without any protection. so the link can be share with anyone and anyone can read my information.
Please, Pipedrive provides a solution to get access data in read only mode and in safe way.

At the moment we have no news about this, as priorities and resource allocations for development have to be distributed and unfortunately not everything can be built or at least built in the near future. Thanks Ines. I do follow those channels. I had hoped this feature would be live before end of Q2 but I'll have to wait to hear more.

Any updates on this feature. Do you need help justifying this feature. I would add 50 seats for view access but they will not in any way need to interact with the system.

Hi @Andreia Freixo also, just checking if there was any update on view only permissions? I'm aware there are some permissions enhancements being launched in the next month, but I don't believe anything has been mentioned about 'view only'?

2 possible solutions:
- I would suggest considering Coupler or Flatly to build a data pipeline and view this data in a BI tool like Tableau. You can read more about building a data pipeline for Pipedrive in this article.
- Setting up views using API calls using a tool like Retool or Internal.
