Job Instruction

When a deal is WON, I want to create a "job instruction" sheet that I can print off and put in a physical file for the field teams to do the works.  Does anyone know how I can get certain fields out of the deal and into a format that I can easily create such a thing?

    You could use the documents feature and add the fields you want to populate from the record.
