Automatically with this tool: www.flatly.com (By using the coupon code AMZTOOLFLAT you will get something but I forgot what exactly ;-) )

I had a quick look on my side and I can see the chat you have going on with my colleague. I left him a tip there that should help with this question about restoring custom fields. It should be possible to restore them!
