Webform for additional Customer/Deal data
We use Pipedrive's Won status to trigger a lot of subsequent tasks (e.g. inform teams, collect data for customer account creation, etc.)
As we need the customer to fill out the data himself/herself and confirm it, we are collecting it with the help of a web form, store it in a spreadsheet and copy it to the Pipedrive deal.
It would be great to have such a webform directly integrated in Pipedrive so that the customer can call an individual link to find his deal and add respective information.

Hey Tim!
You can use Typeform to make it really easy for your customers.
You can pass the Deal ID and Person ID as part of the referring URL, and whenever there is a form submission, you can set up another ZAP to update the details for that customer.
