Automation : when a organization field change, it changes a field in all contact linked to this orga

Hi, we need a new feature : when a change happening on a organization field, we need to change a field on the linked contact of this organization.  

Ex : when the field "Client" of organisation = "magasin fermé" => The field "Disqualified" for all the contact linked to the organization change to "OUI".

    Would it be possible to rely on an Organization field which is viewable from all deals? This way, all they need to do is look at the organization section on the deal to identify the field.
