Insights - Feedback and Suggestions
I like using Insights, but it's very limited. Maybe it's me and I didn't find a way to program it well. Here are my suggestions :
- Products
- I would like to have a report to know which products are the most popular.
- More detailed reports about products
- Customers
- Who is my 20/80 : 20% of my customers who brought 80% of my annual sales or by trimester. It will help me to focus on these customers.
- A quick way to find what a customer bought in the past and per month
- Sales goal per month
- Every month I have a different sales goal. It would be very nice that if I can enter my sales goal in June 500$ and then 1000$ in July and not using the same "amount" every month. Same thing for revenue forecast
- Custom trimester
- By default, the first Q1 is January to March. My first Q1 for my business is June to August. Would it be possible to add this in the company settings so Pipedrive would understand that?

Hi @Martin Gibeault , there are workarounds to some of the things you are looking to do using Pipedrive's Insights. Such as by using the Goals feature and adjusting the filters for your Deal Performance report. It is however not possible to adjust via the settings which dates Pipedrive considers quarter beginning and end date.
