Feature Request: Color Coding

The "Rot" feature has its advantages, but when you have 100s of deals in the pipes, it would be really amazing to be able to color code the deals. Especially if you could set an automation to color code based on certain data fields. For example, we have a workflow to account for VIP clients, but it would be nicer to allow them to exist in the same pipe with just a different color.
