Another Monday another caller issue

documenting my experience
At 10:15 this morning once again the PD caller has gone down. My entire team (of 6) is unable to call.
loading the caller interface shows enough calling credit
Pipedrive support is as usual unaware of issues. Something tells me this will magically pop up on the status page soon
the only suggestions are to clear cookies and try another browser
as of this moment 30mins of a team dead in the water
