Customize mobile app

Hi, I have not been able to figure out how to add/remove a default filed to pipedrive's mobile app.

I'd like to add the default field, instant messenger. The two default fields on the mobile app are the phone number and email address. Ideally, I'd like to remove the phone number and add the instant messenger.  However, if not, I'd like to add the instant messenger.
