Individual User Billing Under A Company

Would love to see this feature get added. 

When adding a user to a company account, having the option to bill them through the payment on file for the company or have them pay for their own account. This would be helpful to take the burden off the company paying for users and having them not utilize the CRM. By having them pay for their account, it would maybe push them to use it more and allow the company to still have visibility over the user's activities and deals.
